Operation

• Users must register on talkshade.com by providing an email and a password
• Registration is free of charge
• The email address is not verified and can be fictitious. However, in that case:
  • Password recovery/reset will not be possible
  • Advanced features will not be accessible
• If no alias is purchased within 24 hours, the account is automatically deleted
• The user may delete their account completely at any time
• Each account can be associated with multiple unique aliases identifying the same user
• Each alias can be set to: call and receive, call only, or receive only
• To start a call, users must:
  • Select one of their own active aliases (this will be shown to the callee)
  • Enter the alias of the user they wish to contact (must be enabled for receiving)
• Users must install the app and log in with email and password before initiating any communication
• The app can be used on any temporary or third-party mobile device, since no phone number is linked to the account
• In such cases, it is sufficient to install the app, make the call, and uninstall it afterwards
• The calling user may appear with different aliases and does not need to be contacted using the same ones
• The app has no built-in contact list and does not store any call history
• Users must remember their aliases and their contacts' aliases manually or through external methods
• To communicate with different people, users can purchase and manage multiple aliases, enabling or disabling them freely
• By design, the TalkShade app cannot be used to transmit or receive malware on mobile devices
